Dr Mazis ,listens, he is kind and my operation went without a hitch. I am now on the mend with no complications. His outpatient care is brilliant. I would highly recommend him. My stay at Spires in Brentwood was second to none.

So pleased when I was referred to Mr Mazis - he took the time to listen never seems to rush you - has a great bedside manner and most importantly my operation went smoothly. I have 100% confidence in him especially if he decides to operate on my shoulder too - he always takes the time to explain exactly what is required or not as the case may be ! Really great to meet Dr Mazis and talk through my shoulder injury problems. He talked me through in detail all the options available to me and how they could help. The result was surgery to fix the problem which was done superbly. All throughout the process I felt reassured and 100% faith in Dr Mazis procedures and advice. Really nice doctor to take to as well, very down to earth and calm.

From the outset Mr Mazis put me at my ease. I was anxious about the second shoulder reversal replacement as on a previous occasion I had a bad reaction to pain relief medication. Mr Mazis and his team listened to my concerns, did their best to address my problem and reassured me they would look after me. They did indeed look after me. The whole team were very attentive, kind and caring. Mr Mazis visited me every day, with his Anaesthetist, and was kind and reassuring. He is a very approachable man who gives the impression that he has always got time for you. The operation has been very successful with very little pain after the first few days and after 3 weeks I have good movement in the shoulder. He continues to be attentive and is keen to ensure that I make a full recovery. To this end the correspondence with the GP has been excellent. I am in no doubt that he will pursue matters on my behalf if needed. I cannot recommend him more highly.
